Yes, it mentions corruption on the first line, however this isn't immediately clear that corruption creep invalidates occupied housing already built.

If there’s just enough to make the house invalid, it won’t say “this housing is corrupted” so you can’t count on that not being the reason. It’s only when the corruption is prevelant that the message will be “this housing is corrupted”.
