Taurus pt709 slim extended clip.
709 Slim Jamming. I took my 709 slim out to friends farm last week. The 3rd round of the first mag jammed with the slide partially forward. I had to drop the mag, and rack the slide to get the round out. Same thing happened with 4th round of next mag. See attached photo of the round. Then no problems next 2 full mags.
