Worse of all however is having to wait until late game to acquire it. Losses some of its effectiveness in some late-game areas as well. It is the best rapier class weapon to main IMO. Velka's Rapier is particularly bad due to its low, split damage AR and excessive stat requirements. Velka's Rapier isn't all that bad if you just treat it as a pure int weapon.
