Shock is slower but higher burst, if you like the dopamine of critting big yellow numbers then go shock. If you like to be fast and still hit hard af then go Tai.it's a matter of playstyle. You are playing Bard so Taijutsu Scrapper will fit better as the character is "spammy" and you are used to high mobility. Also, it's cheaper than Shock (Spec builds with Ambush Master are expensive with High Quality). Some fights you can juice your damage and other fights are a pain in the ass.Shock- big hitter. Easy to miss ability if you don't know the boss. Shock is much lower in damage that taijutsu, it has bigger numbers but way longer cds, lower crit, and longer cast times so it’s less consistent. I recently switched from shock to tai and the difference is night and day in terms of single target dmg.
