Currently either pure 20w infantry with support engineers and artillery, or 21w 9/1 with the same support companies are pretty good for infantry templates. If you want more firepower, a 9/3 is pretty decent as well. For mountains, 25w 8/3 is good. I wouldn't bother with line AT or AA, support AA is good but you don't need line.
