The manual I found online says that the white wire going into my ecu is not supposed to have power going to it when key is off however it does. crowley isd texas If not check the fuse on the starter relay. Or it could be a bad connection from the start button to the solenoid. Those start buttons dont typically have issues from my experience. Definatly do it. with the spacer in it'll do a whoopping 14 mph. with the spacer out, it'll do ~32 but you can easily cut that back with the throttle. it's much easier to ride without overrevving the crap out of it. adotnow The center position on the fuel valve should be off. I presume it is leaking fuel from the carburetor. These have a removable float valve at the top of the carburetor, see the parts diagrams on Kawasaki.com. That valve is likely dirty or worn.
