I was reading some post that people that’s being deactivated were inactive for 1-3 months. Someone said they were on vacation for 3 weeks got deactivated. When I sign up for Spark, I was on the wait list for 3 weeks. Could be deactivating inactive accounts for new users. My account was recently deactivated, presumably due to inactivity. I logged back into the app, which then encouraged me to log into my driver profile. After attempting to log into my profile, I'm told I need to reset my password.

You can also call them to put your account in vacation mode which is a much gentler way of going into deactivated mode. Call them back and they will take you out of vacation mode.
