Rng is rng dude you could get one exotic after a million runs with a 99% drop chance simply out of pure bad luck. I got like 9 exotics in a row a few days ago. Idk currently know how much they buffed it but previous accounts were 20% for legend 30% for master I would imagine a 10% buff for both would be reasonable.Currently, by completing 9 total matches between crucible gambit and Vanguard you will be rewarded with 3 exotic engrams. These can be focused at Rahool for a cost. You may focus by expansion for a lower cost or by exact exotic for a higher cost. Other than that the only way I know how to get exotic engrams is in world drops.RNG. Even at 50% that means that you get a coin flip every time you run it for the exotic. An yes mathematically it can be so that you don't get an exotic in 7 or 700 runs. That is probability an how it works. Now a Lost Sector is less than a 50% but people don't understand that IT DOESNT STACK so doing more doesn't increase your chances.
