Ffxiv squadron recruits
Sometimes you need certain classes or several of the same class to set off chemistries. You lose 1 level when changing a class. Their stats change to what they should be for a particular level and class. So like sometimes you get chemsitries that give a stat bonus. Ex- a gladiator with +15% magic chemistry.I've been trying out command missions for a bit as a DPS, and the AI of the tank is absolutely horrible, almost never uses aoe and only grabs aggro on loose mobs one by one every 10 seconds. Anyone have any advice with the class/battle tactics that reduces this problem? I'm currently using a paladin with defensive tactics. This thread is archived.

Yes what I did was send out a team and train the others. Occasionally I would switch. But teams that get sent out get so much more exp so really, they'd probably be leveling up faster than the ones training.
