The Shrouded Ghost attacked us between Dagger Tooth and Shipwrecked Bay while doing an Athena. My Crew like the most players often dont so the Cargo's. I dislike that, i want to do all the tasks, although i dont need to unlock anything or need money or reputation. The Shrouded Ghost attacked whole we made a big detour to deliver the Cargo.

Yes but it's very rare. You do get a title. My friend who's played since beta had it spawn on him but it despawned. I personally have not seen it even I've played for almost 2 years now. EDIT: Realistically, whose to say this isn't the case without it outright being stated by Rare. The fog is a low random occurance, and there is not real reason to spend much time in the fog.
