Hi @djaucutt ,. There are a couple ways to troubleshoot this. One solution could be that the battery in your sensor needs to be replaced. If that doesn’t solve this problem, your sensor might be too far away from your Base Station.

Unplug your base station. Remove the battery cover at the bottom of the device using a screwdriver. Remove the battery for 10 to 15 seconds before putting the battery back in. Put the cover back on the device. Plug the device back in and wait for 1 to 2 minutes for a new connection. In the diagram below, the Entry Sensor has been installed on the doorframe and the magnet on the door. When the door swings open, it will trigger the sensor. Sliding Doors: You can put the Sensor on the door frame and the magnet on the door (as shown in the example below), or the other way around. There is no "right side up" to the Entry Sensor.

Entry Sensors can be customized for each of the alarm states of your system (Off, Home, and Away). By default, Home and Away are set to Alarm. Off and Instant Trigger are defaulted to Off. Aside from the one intermittently offline entry sensor, I just discovered, and confirmed w tech support, that the key pad information as to what entry sensors are open is incomplete. Currently, the key pad reports 2 open sensors while the app - ios and web - shows 8 open and one offline.
