Quest Diagnostics is an employer that has no respect for the employee's work/life balance. Before someone applies to work at Quest, I would warn them that 4 to 3 hours of overtime everyday is to be expected and also losing your 2 days off. Working 6 days a week for 3 months so far and going is what i am experiencing at the moment at Quest.
