Solo Ed1 is a fair bit easier than telos, I would compare it to perhaps 250-300% enrage in terms of mistakes allowed and damage received. 4000% is considerably harder and likely the hardest pvm achievement in the game alongside duo hardmode Vorago and solo raids.
