Easiest way to get a Rock Drake: On Fjordur, go to Asgard. Look for the purple/pink trees. There should be a cave on the edge of the Aberrant forest. (You would need a hazard suit) Bring any hard-hitting dino. (Even a Rex can fit into the cave) Clear the cave and collect the eggs.
