Bars and chains are not being lubricated. Remove any blockage in the oil hole and oil line.Somehow this helps a lot. That model is extremely easy to flood. I would suggest clearing the cylinder by pulling the rope with the plug out. You may also want to go ahead and replace the plug. It takes a Bosch WSR6F or NGK BPMR7A.
