If two characters have different levels of the same link, the higher level will be applied to both characters. E.g. if one has level 1 super Saiyan, and the other has level 10 super Saiyan, then the effect of level 10 will be applied to both cards. Also, there is no need to go out of your way to level up the links.Should be once per day lol. Ran that event 3 times and got more links than 2 stamina bars worth of 7-10 I got one link that refuses to budge though, been weeks.

I didn't feel like link leveling because 23-8 took so long until I used a different stage. Of course everyone's experience is different but I think one of the best stages is 15-2.
