After you build it and need to hijack the trucks, the best way is to get the truck to stop (at a light or by blocking it) then shoot the driver through the window. Volition is a big (ish) studio with multiple people working their asses off, some more than others. Just because the people in charge chose poorly in certain regards ( disregard of player feedback etc) doesn't make it fine to want a studio to go under.
