You can queue as a group at that point or if one of you joins a server an arrow will appear next to their name in your party and you can click it to join their server. In order to join a modded map you have to open the console (you can do it while in the main menu) and type "ChangeMap" and then the name of the map. You must type the actual name of the file though.
