I tested hellux PDR on buccaneer by intentionally lowering my IED and going up slowly via adding gear back,putting hyper stat into ied, and legion. I ran tests with bosses that had 200 and 300% pdr. Cvel has 200% and lomien has 300%. I wasn't getting results with 49/51% ied vs gollux on all 3 stages but it was a good start.

My pathfinder has 168 boss 81 ied and 850k-1mil range and I can beat hellux. I do have Cardinal burst, deluge and glyph of impalement lv25 which is an extra 50 percent final dmg.

Low end range seems to be about enough to solo Hellux (3~4m) but mechanical gods can push it lower and some players will need considerably more. Party range varies similarly but 1.2m+ is good if you're experienced and 1.5m+ if you're not. Most parties I see ask for 1.5m sheet range just to be safe.
