Last rep says that I had an AT&T account that is causing the problems. I never had AT&T service until they bought DTV. Utter and complete bullshit. I will be cancelling my service next.

Then Directv I went to change. Login attempt to att. Failed. Bc now it was what I gave Directv. And change att then Directv failed bc same as att.
