Also, it turns out I never had a problem. It doesn't show the model on the selection screen, but the character does change. I have to die first to see the new model though. Some of the models don't have animations, however. I'm not sure if that's a Gmod problem or something with the models themselves.In the "garrysmod" folder, go to "settings", then "spawnlist_default".
