Cramps 6dpo
It's really hard to say because it could O cramps, regular TWW cramps, stress/anxiety cramps (true story), or possible implantation cramps but they seemed to start to early for that to be it. Implantation can occur as early as 6dpo. I had cramping off and on last cycle after O day...I knew better than to get my hopes up, but I did anyways lol ...I can t remember on the implantation with my first, but I m in the same boat as you! I m 6dpo and have a pretty good lower backache, a heavy feeling down there and twinges or cramps mostly on the left side. Definitely not like period cramps. I hope we both get our BFPs soon! 😁👍🏻
