With the engine off, pulling the clutch switch causes the clutch to "thunk" and jiggles the belt. The spark doesn't happen unless the engine is running when engaging.Carefully roll belt over the top of R.H. mandrel pulley. 7. Remove belt from electric clutch pulley. 8. Remove belt from idler pulleys. 9.
