2012 chrysler 200 convertible top malfunction.
The power top control module will prevent the top from lowering when it gets cold but it will still let the top close. Eventually if it gets even colder it won't allow closing either. If your outside temp display is massively wrong or non-functional it could give the symptoms you have. I doubt that's it though.
