If you're still having this issue I think it's because EA tries to delete the DLC Unlocker so you'd probably have to reinstall it, or you have an anti-virus which deleted a script. If this ever happens to you, go to the location of your game (for me it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin) and delete all the files with 'anadius' in name FROM THE FOLDER 'Bin '.
