Roger that. I've beaten the Nether Spider in two ways, and I'm going to echo what others posted. First time was with Paragon. It's slow, but works, you just need to set up a team and disable his A3 ability. Second time was with a team that had a cleanser, reviver, and a single target heavy hitter.
