KOTOR 2 steam deck FPS issues. I've been playing modded KOTOR 2 on my steam deck. Unfortunately it's getting terrible performance. Any large area, or an area with 5+ characters, is getting 20 FPS or less. Combat can become almost unplayable. I have 2K texture mods, but I wouldn't expect such poor performance.

Microsoft released xinput for Windows (the system Xbox controllers use) in 2005. KOTOR was released in 2003! Also this game was not ported from PC to Xbox, it released on Xbox first 😉.
