Hi, On Sept 6, I received the same status - Case remains Pending. My case was transferred to NBC on Aug23, 2022. This is 485 application for EB1. Receipt date Apr28, 2022. Medical was submitted along with 485.

We sent it back and it was updated that they received it on July 20th. The status case changed to case remains pending shortly after. According to the visa bulletin, our priority date of April 27th 2022 is now current since the final action date is July 1st 2022. Anyone knows why it still says pending?

No interview. The case went straight from CRP to "new card is being produced." The derivative applicant was approved the next day.
