I think you're right. I know this from the experience of a Shipt Shopper friend who had her alcohol certification taken away she delivered without verifying ID. Shipt won't give it back once they revoke it. This takes a chunk out of the shoppers ability to make top dollar because alcohol can really raise the price of an order.
