Pitstop after Lap 8or9, then FM1 for the rest. Edit: I also tried a mix with praianos suspension setup. It was easier to drive, but roundabout half an second to an second slower. Try using the WRX or the Mitsubishi, set FM to 2, no pit. Time should be under 27 min to win.
