Aug 1, 2022 · This is an ongoing problem - I have had to change my password on 6/15/22, 6/20/22, 7/13/22, 7/19/22 AND again today. Once I reset password I log out completely - then log back in to make sure reset was successful. Which always works. If I go a few days without logging in is when the issue begins all over again.
