May 5, 2020 · DD15 Cascadia Dpf deleted. 3 filters system. Replace new fuel pump assembly. Flash all fuel lines. Clean fuel filters housing. New fuel filters caps. Fuel pressure ~400 on idle. When cranking no fuel pump on fuel rail, but from fuel housing, low pressure pump working. Crank no start. DD15 engine can be very difficult to prime sometimes. To start you need to make sure you are using genuine Detroit filters as some aftermarkets tend to not seal correctly. Sometimes it takes quite a while using the hand pump to regain prime on the engine the manual says to stroke the pump 100 times then crank for 30 seconds.
