Some mods/tools don’t interfere with Steam achievements, others do. Something like Grim Internals won’t, but a mod like Grimarillion I think will. The difference is GI is a 3rd party tool whereas Grimarillion is a mod which affects the base game. Hmm maybe that’s where I got ‘unsure’ of the veracity of the mod claim.Modded games can be manipulated to increase all sorts of in-game mechanics, one particular being loot drops. This could negatively influence the game as a whole with removing the grind/excitement of a particular legendary or double rare dropping. Seems like Titan Quest items have some tagging problems. I use Item Assistant last ver, Grimarillion v85a, cleaned/updated database several times - TQ classes in IA are named Hunter/Huntress, Auspex, Geomancer etc, so all skills have no class dependency, if you move cursor to skill on item, it shows only tier of skill but no class as in usual game (and Diablo 3 items).Well known issue, been reported who knows how many times already. Game doesn't recognize modded items until the mod is loaded, that's all there is to it. See 1. Zenith masteries have pretty much 0 item support, there's a handful of GD items converted to have Zenith benefits and a few craftable greens but it's really not enough. GQ has quite a few items, far more than Zenith and ...Its recommended you play vanilla first. But saying that I personally have never got a vanilla char to 100. Mods for this game are excellent. The modding community is great & tends to respond even if your not a modder. Grimarillion is a mod compilation of several different mods, some of which introduce new masteries, including those of the Diablo 3 classes. The only downside I can see is that you'll get more useless loot from/for other masteries. On the other hand you can augment your Electrocute Wizard with Elementalist, which doesn't really make it scale ...Grimarillion. It is a compilation of other Mods through that you will discover all the game's enemies and keep the intensity of the gameplay. In the future I'll be playing more and more Titan Quest and D3 characters. Vanilla Grim Dawn classes have insane value and the game can be complex, and it's easy to get complacent and play similar builds often. Then when I get bored I break out and explore new ways to play. It’s actually a compilation of other mods, put together by user Syl101, to make a stable but massive expansion to the game.The Diablo 3 mod, which is included in Grimarillion, has crusader which can do that. Its unfortunately just "crafting" the two-handed weapons into a one-handed variant. I think it keeps the same damage and stats though.
