What's weird though is how when I called my voicemail nothing would show up but when I deleted the voicemails using the visual voicemail (the app is so bad haha) the notification disappeared. I wonder why the phone wasn't letting me swipe the notification away. I may just disable my voicemail haha I dont know why people still use it.With Verizon support on 5 different occasions, we have: Reset voicemail by accessing voicemail from another line. Reset voicemail by Verizon agents. Removed and added visual voicemail service. Reset network settings on affected devices. Factory reset affected devices. Had Verizon tech support perform undisclosed troubleshooting from Verizon.maybe the notification is related to the phone app, not settings. do a backup of contacts, call history, etc and try clearing cache and data on phone app.
