Not too sure anymore because of the temperature value changes to armor but the chilled godbreaker would make you extremely cold for hot temps and the regular would keep you extremely warm in the cold. I used to mix the sets to maintain a balance in the world.

Godbreaker armor is the best heavy, but Silent Legion is more practical and much easier to make. Skelos Cultist Master armor (recipe dropped by sorcerers) is currently very powerful medium armor because it grants bonuses to Agility and follower damage. But these things change from time to time as Funcom nerfs things here and there.
