Not sure about SCU in this regard, but many schools do a press release with this sort of info. Harvard and Yale do this for example. They broke out admits, deferrals, and rejections. Anyway it may be worth keeping an eye out for this. Though, I've not tracked SCU historically so maybe someone who has been through the process in the last few years can chime in about this.
