It's incredibly rare for debuffs from Martyr or even Jareg to be resisted (maybe once every few runs) but Frozen Banshee gets resisted multiple times, every single run.

I would try Coffin smasher for the atk reduction and hp burn, Frozen Banshee and gravechill work well together for the damage over time. not sure onthe rest I don't have those to know.
