Unfortunately no, if FFXIV's audio starts acting up the only way to fix it is to restart the client entirely. I'm not exactly sure why but the audio in 14 is a lot more finicky than in other programs. According to their website the Spacial Audio plugin needs a restart to actually work in the game.
