They only get a citedel in their spawning system so ppl dont immediatly kill them.

As such, you cannot create vassals. Least fascist stellaris player. No. This goes against the fanatic purifer mindset. Their empire and their people are to be the only ones alive in the galaxy. No other species or same species xeno empires are tolerated. They don't want subjects, they only want dead enemies.

If you are talking about the "Armageddon" bombardment stance, which is specific to fanatic purifiers, then no, that does not abduct pops. However, it is a more boring playstyle imo. The only downside I've heard of/can think of is necrophage pops have a penalty for working worker level jobs.
