With zoom on a PC, it does look like a railed top cover. Flash hider and front sight look correct from my limited knowledge, but it looks like no sand cuts on the bolt carrier. Could be the picture quality though. It may have a FAL bolt to go with Imbel receiver if you are correct about that.
