My hybrid female saiyan build is fairly simple: 40 in health, 42 in stamina, 125 each to strike and ki blast supers (without the 13 skill points from the additional levels). Between the three races you listed however, saiyans have more raw power in Super Vegeta 2 while earthlings have much better sustainability with Potential Unleashed.
