We have already been told that they send these grades to all the colleges that we have applied to, but the grades probably won’t be sent out until around the 4th and so if you factor in all the time sorting through materials it doesn’t seem likely that Penn will have all the grades early enough to consider them while looking through the apps.

You don't need to send your transcript to Duke for the first quarter grades, you can just self report.
