Found out it was all due to corrosion in the main wire harness that goes into the PCM, after they fixed the plug, they found the main PCM was corroded as well, and had to replace that.

The best way that I could tell ya is to look at the bushings and see if they are worn. If the nut on top is loose, take it the rest of the way off.. and go drive around and see if the noise goes away. Take both sides off, believe its a 14mm nut. The push up on the sway bar to get the bar away from the links. Test drive.Also check that the large bolt that secures the axle stub to your bearing/hub in case it's loose. That might cause vibration. While you are there, lift up and down on your wheel to check for wheel bearing looseness. Hold the drive shaft and see if you can rotate the joint end on the transfer case yoke back and forth to see if there is play in the joint. If you can't notice a problem with the joint, check the front u-joint for play.
