It could very well be as a result of genetics like @JonaaronbrayAzoth said above, only real way would to send it into a lab to identify the compounds present. I said it has a sulfur taste not that I know for sure that there IS sulfur things can taste like things without being said thing. They just have a very off taste, different then any I've ever had, I'm wondering if its sulfur or if it's just a strain taste, I've done the penny trick but my results weren't very definitive.
