Given this strategy build guide covers all elements of Gloomhaven up to level 9 you can expect spoilers for the Spellweaver class and Gloomhaven in general throughout. Fulfilling the mage archetype the Spellweaver is a powerful magic user that contributes to a team with fantastic ranged damage with a flair for area of effect spells as well. Creating obstacles for true damage and then pushing enemys into one with heaving swing, while destroying another adjacent for +3 made for some pretty high DPS. It's also great to see interesting melee builds - I enjoyed playing melee Cragheart in GH1, but the build was super dependent on an item only some campaigns would even find. It got frustrating in later campaigns when I was interested in doing that sort of build again and just couldn't because they didn't have the item. So I love seeing this ...Nathan Lee. @thegreat2. I think imposing the hand limit based on the character would make sense. E.g. not allowing more than 11 cards for Cragheart. I also think the spacing could be improved as (at least on my monitor) I can see 1.5 rows of cards at a time which isn't helpful for comparisons.

Hello! The Cragheart took a bit to "get", but is incredibly versatile. I've played three so far in two campaigns. What made my day was a decent guide to a ranged build. Google it, as I've not bookmarked the thread. Focus on the ranged cards, and make armored threats your priority. As you level, focus on the cards that let you hit things at range.
