If left at the normal multiplier, it will be set at what it is on official servers and you would have to be in game for 20 or more hours just to break a T4 thrall. I make mine instant. Same goes for pets and creatures taming timers.

Katana- On Exile Lands use Musashis Black Blade for PvE and the Seven Winds for PvP. Both of the best katanas on Exile lands are farmed Legendaries which is bothersome. On Siptah, Sapping Blade is best if you have Prescicion Strike. If you don't, Seven Winds is better if it has an Oil of Agony on it. I think unoiled Sapping is better.
