Do you need the safehouse or where they're located? Location is at Hidden Valley, near Black Mountain, and the safehouse is East of New Vegas, near Rauls Shack, just North of the Gypsum Trian Yard, and West of the Red Rock Drug Lab. It's almost in the Northeast corner of the map. I'm not sure how much more helpful I can be.
