Then we took a small flat head and tested each of the microswitches and they all made a clicking sound but one which was the last one to the right.

Either a bad OBC, or Maybe a bad splice connection in the harness where all of these get power from. Find the White and Blue wires at the OBC 6 pin connector. The cart will go in reverse AND it will go in reverse while the switch is in neutral position as well. New MCOR, forward and reverse switch, batteries and battery cables and it still does this. Disconnect the Battery NEGATIVE (–) wire from the Battery Minus terminal on the battery pack. Put the Tow/Run to Run. Forward/Reverse Switch to Reverse.
You must first disconnect the cables connecting the solenoid at the larger posts. Secure the cables so that they don’t touch anything nearby. Set the DVM to the Ohms mode. You must see a zero reading on the meter when the probes touch the terminals on the solenoid. Now turn the cart’s ignition switch toON.
