Jp server is far better ping wise. Just pick tonberry or kujata, lots of english speaking players, and majority are from singapore. JP servers are about a 50-90ms lower difference from the OCE servers for me (also from Singapore) but YMMV. Would recommend the JP servers, specifically Tonberry, Kujata, or Typhon.
