Mechanical Vibrations Youtube. Hi all, started my vibrations class a couple of weeks ago and my university is forcing me to take it asynchronously. This means the only real resources I have are the recorded lectures which really don’t help me learn. Does anyone know of a good youtube channel that explains vibrations well? Most importantly, don’t lose hope. Maybe engineering isn’t what your imagined or maybe it is and you just haven’t seen all it has to offer yet. Whether you choose to stay at engineering or leave, if you keep your desire to “drive the future forwards”, you will eventually find your niche. 2. That being said, I have pulled straight-A semesters, and my study habits are centered around (1) understanding, not memorization and (2) getting as much from lecture and homework as possible (to minimize later work). [Major confounding variables: I have good test-taking skills and a very strong memory. The college is actively trying to weed you out during year 1. If you measure the pressure at any point between the high and low spots, you'll get a pressure that is somewhere in between. If there's no flow, the pressure will equalize and you'll get the same reading everywhere. There are also lots of similarities when looking at capacitance and inductance as well. One other thing I often notice interns not adding to their resumes is the tools/technologies you have learned. List your programming languages, scripting languages, OS, databases, etc. If you have a great GPA, list that as well. Good luck with your internship search! You should NOT feel ashamed.

Absolutely, 100% go and be prepared. See who is attending and who you would be interested in working with. Then, visit those companies’ booths, ask questions, give them your resume, and ask about their co-ops they have available. Dress smart and have hard copies of your resume ready. I promise it’s worth it.Towards the middle/end of your contract, you should start working on some basic classes that all engineering majors need to take. Some basic coding/programming classes, physics 1&2 (calc based, not algebra based), and calculus 1-3. You can add diff eq too, but that probably isn’t 100% advisable.Thank you for posting in r/EngineeringStudents. This is a custom Automoderator message based on your flair, "Academic Advice". Once virtual exams hit, suddenly my two-sided cheat sheet had several chapters worth of formulas and applications. r/EngineeringStudents • Theres a lot of negativity regarding calculus courses in this sub, imo its unwarranted. People who have taken Statics & Dynamics: What to expect? At my university, MEs take 3 credits of Statics + 3 credits of Dynamics; while EEs have to take a 5-credit, more broad Mechanics course that combines elements of both. Since it's 5 credits, it's difficult to fit into a regular length semester, so I'll probably end up taking it over the ...

It's hard. All engineering is hard. If you can get A's and B's in AP classes you certainly have the intellectual capacity, if that's what you're asking. Naturally, the role of intelligence in being a successful student is usually overstated. You're going to have to work hard, but if you enjoy it, it won't suck.
